Evolution P Power Strike → C Charged Strike Catalyst I Inner Sight From character level 18 After it evolves, the base comes back to the level-up cards as a new skill at level 1.

It goes for the toughest monster in reach: an act boss, then a unique, then a champion, then the nearest.
The whole thrust is lightning, so it passes over a monster immune to lightning.

Arc — Its lightning also leaps to the nearest other monster for half the damage. The thrust deals 25% less damage.
Frost Edge — Half its damage is cold damage, which chills and hurts monsters immune to lightning.
Overcharge — Each strike on the same monster within 2 seconds adds 10% to the next, up to 50%. It deals 20% less damage.
