What it does Gives Battle Orders and +1 to all your skills.

These are base learned-level effects, not final character-sheet damage. Account for equipment bonuses, synergies, modifiers and enemy resistances.

Evolution requirements

• Evolution An evolution: it comes from a chest, never from a level-up card. Evolved from B Battle Orders Catalyst F Find Item From character level 30

Synergies and practical checks

• Its +1 to all skills comes with its first cast and stays to the run’s end. It raises his passives too, and Battle Command itself.
• Its life is Battle Orders’, and gear’s +skills raise it as they do Battle Orders’.

Skill modifiers

• War Banner — It works only near where you cast it, with 50% more added life. Stepping away loses that life.
• Bloodlust — It adds no life, but your blows steal 4% of their damage as life, less on Nightmare and Hell.
• Second Wind — Each time it renews it heals 25% of your life, but its added life is halved.
